Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms outlined below aim to provide clarity and ensure a smooth booking experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before confirming your appointment.

1. Reservation:
A non-refundable deposit is required and must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit amount may vary based on the service selected. The remaining balance is payable in cash or credit card upon completion of service. Additional fees apply for transactions through Cash App or Venmo.
Confirmation details, including the full address, will be sent via email after the deposit is made. Ensure accurate contact information such as email and phone number is provided.
2. Important Information:

Hair is not included in the service but can be provided at an extra cost.

Allow sufficient time between appointments as the duration varies based on the chosen style.

Hair must be a minimum of 4 inches all around for braiding styles. Notify me in advance if your hair is short.

Book the appropriate hairstyle to avoid any discrepancies.

Clients must arrive with washed, blow-dried, combed, and product-free hair. A $15 fee will be charged for blow-drying services.
3. Fees:

$10 for a 15-minute late arrival.

$30 for a 30-minute late arrival, or appointment cancellation may occur.

25% fee for late cancellations, only permissible 48 hours in advance.

50% fee for no-call, no-show appointments, with no future appointments allowed.
4. Rescheduling:
One rescheduling is permitted within the same month with the same deposit. Failure to do so may result in deposit forfeiture unless I am fully booked for that month.
5. Video Recording:
Video recording may occur during the service. Please inform me at the time service is provided if you are uncomfortable being on camera.
6. Social Media Interaction:
Feel free to tag us in your selfies! I appreciate the support.
7. Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the service provided, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
